Dear Parents,
As part of our efforts to promote healthy eating habits among our children and encourage them to enjoy fruits and vegetables, we have designated one day each week for children to bring a specific fruit or vegetable according to a pre-set schedule.

🔸 Program Objectives:

  • Instill a love for eating fruits and vegetables.

  • Introduce children to different shapes, colors, and flavors.

  • Encourage sharing and interaction among classmates.

🔸 How It Works:

  • A fixed day each week will be dedicated to the activity (e.g., every Wednesday).

  • Each week, we will choose a different fruit or vegetable.

  • Each child is asked to bring a small amount to share with their friends (one or two pieces).

  • We will prepare and serve the items in an appealing way during class time
